SCWS 2025 will take place in the Shaw Theatre, a 446-seat, air-conditioned auditorium which is part of Pullman London St Pancras. The exhibition and catering area will be available in the Nobel Suite, with the lounge area available for networking.

Do I need to be an SCF member to attend SCWS?
All companies are welcome to attend regardless of membership of SCF. Members of SCF qualify for a 25% discount on their delegate passes.

SCF Mobile Network Awards 2025
The SCF Awards are returning for 2025! For more details on the categories, eligibility criteria and how to enter, please click here.
The deadline for submissions has been extended to the 17 April 2025.
Join us to celebrate the winners at the Awards ceremony taking place on the middle evening after SCWS 2025. Attendance at the Awards ceremony is included with your delegate pass.
Accommodation
As a participant of SCWS, you can access preferential rates at Pullman London St Pancras. They are offering SCWS delegates a rate of £340 per room per night (including VAT), based on single occupancy, with full English breakfast and Wi-Fi included. Payment will be taken upon reservation and it will not be refundable, amendable and cancellable.
This rate is valid until 27 April 2025. After this date, bookings will be subject to the hotel’s availability and their best available rate.
FAQs
Do you cater for food allergies and intolerances?
We endeavour to cater for all food allergies and dietary requests. You will be asked to provide these details on the registration form. Should you have any requirements, we would be grateful if you could register before the 16 May 2025 so we can make the appropriate arrangements. We will do our utmost to cater for any requests received after this date, but this is not guaranteed.
Is the venue accessible?
To ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience, reserved areas within the theatres can be provided for wheelchair users. These spots offer prime viewing and are conveniently located to ensure easy access to and from the theatre spaces. Please let us know on your registration form should you require us to reserve an area for you.
Will the presenters’ presentations be available?
The presentations will be shared in a PDF format following the event. The speakers have the option to request that we do not share presentations that contain confidential information; therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of all of the content.
