What Covid precautions are you going to have in place?

Please read our covid guidelines. These might well change in the run up to the event so please keep an eye on them.

How do I get my pass?

If you have registered online, you will be able to collect your pass at reception from 7.30 am Tuesday 24 May, or on Monday 23 May between 6 – 7 pm at the conference reception. Entrance to the conference will not be permitted without registration.

How do I access the virtual event?

The Virtual event platform will go live from May 25 for delegates. You will be emailed your access details in advance of this. You need to have registered for either London or the virtual event for access to the virtual event.

Will I be able to watch the London sessions again?

Yes the London sessions will be recorded and on the virtual platform for all delegates to watch again.

Where is SCWS?

The live SCWS is at the Novotel London West Hotel, 1 Shortlands, Hammersmith, London, W6 8DR.

Can I book hotel rooms?

Yes, please arrange this directly with the Novotel London West Hotel or other hotel of your choice near the venue.

Do you cater for Food Allergies?

The lunch buffet for delegates caters for all needs and is well labelled. For the SCF awards Gala Dinner if you are attending please ensure you have completed the dietary requirements form.

Will the presenters presentations be available?

If the presenter allows their presentation to be shared it will be made available on the SCWS website after the event.

What is the dress code for the SCF awards Gala Dinner?

We would encourage everyone to dress smartly for an evening event. No jeans or trainers.
