By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on https://www.smallcells.world/ you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Small Cell Forum (SCF).
www.smallcells.world is a website of Small Cell Forum.
The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in Small Cells World Summit and Small Cell Forum.
Shared Details
As a potential visitor to a Small Cell Forum event virtual or in person, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will be unable to accept your registration.
The personal information which you provide to Small Cell Forum will be held by us on a database. Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use that such government entities and regulatory authorities make of your personal information is outside of Small Cell Forum’s control and we do not accept any liability in this regard.
By registering, or accepting an invitation to attend the event, you may be featured on the official event website and in marketing material. Your image, name, job title and company will be visible to other attendees, speakers, sponsors and press. Contact details will not be shared.
On entry into the virtual platform hosted by Brella Oy you will be asked to sign up to their terms and conditions and GDPR compliant consent. This will give consent for SCF to have their data and be able to share it with third party sponsors. Further details of which are below in Privacy.
Admissions Policy
Small Cell Forum reserves the right to reject admission of any individuals who are not deemed to be relevant industry professionals at virtual or in person events.
By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing, leafleting, unauthorized demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity which may disrupt the Event. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the Event.
All visitors must register in their own name. There is no entry to those under 18 years old unless previously authorised.
Cancellations & Refunds policy
Full refunds cannot be provided. You may be able to transfer your ticket to an alternative event, or to a colleague if you cannot attend the booked event.
- If the cancellation request is received 2 or less months before the conference date: 100% of the ticket cost will be owed by the delegate
- If the cancellation request is received between 2 and 4 months before the conference date: 80% of the ticket cost will be owed by the delegate
- If the cancellation request is received 4 or more months before the conference date: 50% of the ticket cost will be owed by the delegate
Force Majeure
Small Cell Forum shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, and Small Cell Forum shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
Photography, Recording & Video Taping
During the course of the two-day event certain parts of the Small Cells World Summit and SCF Small Cell Awards may be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. By attending the Event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and Small Cell Forum is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.
Health & safety / Law
As an attendee at of any event by Small Cell Forum virtual or in person you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit.
Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by the event venue(s) and/or Small Cell Forum, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.
Privacy
Small Cell Forum is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This statement outlines our practices in relation to information about yourself, which you submit to us in order to register with Small Cell Forum exhibitions and use the website.

Small Cell Forum reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (without notice) from time to time and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that the event is staged.

We use idloom for event management, promotion and registrations. Please note that idloom is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Small Cell Forum. You should refer to idloom’s terms and conditions of privacy policy as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.

Small Cell Forum and obligations
Small Cell Forum will at all times comply with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and will hold your information and use the same solely for the purposes of this agreement or informing You about future events or services that may be of interest to You. Small Cell Forum will not pass your information onto any third party (other than is necessary for it to carry out its obligations under this agreement) without your express permission.
Small Cell Forum reserves the right to postpone, relocate the venue or alter the times and/or date of the Conference. Such changes shall not affect the validity of this agreement, however Small Cell Forum shall, as far as is reasonable, ensure that any such changes do not substantially affect your rights.
VAT
All prices are exclusive of “VAT” and “VAT” may be charged in addition to the advertised price according to local regulations.
Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, oral or written. Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be varied only by a document signed by both parties.
